Turkish FM's China visit: Ankara accused of silence on Uighur repression

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has ended his three-day visit to China with a trip to its northwestern Xinjiang province. Turkey is home to the largest community of Uighurs outside of China and has for decades been a refuge for those fleeing repression there.
