Communist China Monitors Uyghur Muslims: Bans Speaking Native Language via Phones

The Uyghur Muslims, the native inhabitants of East Turkistan—which is occupied by Marxist-Communist China—are subjected to intense surveillance and strict control. This monitoring has reached the level of espionage, targeting Uyghurs who speak their native language on their phones instead of Mandarin Chinese, which is imposed in education and media as a means to erase their Muslim identity.

Within the context of the genocidal crimes committed by China in Muslim East Turkistan, advanced methods of control and surveillance against the population have become a documented reality through prestigious reports. Additionally, several viral videos provide further evidence of these crimes.

In recent days, a video filmed near a police station in Uzunsho village, Hotan Prefecture, circulated widely on social media, causing a massive outcry. The video shows a Uyghur girl presenting a gift to a Uyghur police officer, congratulating him on "Police Day." However, as soon as the girl speaks in Uyghur, an automated device at the police station recognizes her voice and issues a warning:

"Remember this! Speak the official language of the state (Chinese) in public places!"

U.S.-based research organizations, such as IPVM, have previously revealed that prominent Chinese companies have developed facial recognition technologies specifically to identify Uyghurs, which are utilized in surveillance cameras. This latest video clearly demonstrates that China is using voice recognition technology to automatically distinguish the Uyghur language and monitor every word and movement in the streets, proving the scale of repressive surveillance and violations beyond any doubt.

Previous videos have also shown that Uyghur children are prohibited from speaking Uyghur in schools, with violations being severely punished. This is leading to a new generation of Uyghurs growing up without knowing their mother tongue. Experts, international media, and politicians point out that the situation in East Turkistan parallels the dystopian world described by George Orwell in his famous novel "1984." This video confirms that such assessments are not exaggerated and that this terrifying surveillance is a documented reality.
